  • Shipping availability may vary for certain pin codes depending on courier service coverage.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

1.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • In some cases, free shipping may be offered during promotions.

1.5 Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS/email.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are provided only in the following situations:
    • You receive a damaged or defective product.
    • You receive the wrong product.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Change of mind or dislike of taste.
  • Spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

3.2 After Shipping

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
