  • We offer homemade food items such as pickles, powders, sweets, and savouries prepared in traditional Andhra style.
  • All products are made in a hygienic environment, but as they are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur.
  • Ingredients are provided for each product wherever possible; however, customers are responsible for reviewing them to avoid allergies.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout using the available secure payment methods on our site.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after placing the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including those with incorrect pricing or product information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India through third-party courier partners.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service availability. Estimated delivery timelines are provided but not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to order@sreentrfoods.com.
  • Cancellations are accepted only if made within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Product Storage and Shelf Life

  • Each product comes with recommended storage instructions and shelf life details.
  • We are not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or damages resulting from the consumption of our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
